Veterinary professionals worldwide will have access to over 30 hours of online learning as they log on to the 2022 International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) Virtual Congress from the comfort of their own homes.
Launching live on 30th July at 1:30 pm (BST), this year’s theme is ‘Feline Fine: how to create harmony between physical health and mental wellbeing in your treatment and management of feline cases’. The cutting-edge scientific programme will include lectures, interactive sessions and in-depth masterclasses from world-leading feline experts including Professor Danièlle Gunn-Moore (feline medicine specialist), Dr Sarah Heath (specialist in veterinary behaviour), Dr Matt Gurney (specialist in veterinary anaesthesia) and Professor Clare Rusbridge (specialist in veterinary neurology).
This is the third year that ISFM has hosted an annual congress event on a virtual platform, which has proven to be a resounding success, attracting over 3,000 veterinary professionals from 96 countries in 2021. Though this year has seen the return of in-person events, including the ISFM Congress in Rhodes (30th June to 3rd July), the importance of providing high-level feline education to a global veterinary audience who may not otherwise have access remains.
